6:00am | Training Run
These runs are designed to help you build strength, speed, and confidence over time. Depending on the week, this may include intervals, hill work, tempo efforts, or other structured training designed to support your progress without overcomplicating it.
Registration + signed waiver required to participate. -
6:00am | Long Run
Our Thursday morning runs focus on endurance and consistency. Expect an easy, steady pace that helps you build distance, improve stamina, and get comfortable spending more time on your feet.

6:30pm | Community Social Run
Choose between a 3km or 6km loop and join us for an easy, conversational run designed for connection just as much as movement. This is the feel-good run of the week — lower pressure, supportive energy, and often a post-run hang to keep the community piece strong.

Nope! All levels are welcome (FOR REAL). Whether you’re just getting started or have been running for years. You can run, jog, or walk. The goal is to move, get outside, and be part of the community.

Your current pace is perfect. There are no speed requirements. We naturally form pace groups, so you’ll find people who match your rhythm

We keep the group connected and always have a leader and a sweeper, so no one is left behind.

Most people haven’t (outside of races!). We’ll walk you through everything at the start — you won’t feel out of place.

No problem. Come when you can — there’s no pressure to attend every session!

We run along the Barrie Waterfront. It’s a beautiful, easy-to-navigate route with options for different distances and paces.
